  • Back on the big stage

    While digging through my archives I realized that it’s been two years since my last gig at Laundry Bar. TWO! That’s pretty crazy. Well, ever since I started performing, Laundry Bar has been one of those places I’ve always wanted to play at and this week it’ll be my third time playing there.

    I’ll be playing at AHM Records Presents: Discovery Thursday (October) with some old and new faces so it should be a fun night. I’ll be performing my new stuff, so if you haven’t seen me sing in awhile, do show yourself! Anyway, details for the gig are as follows:

  • Why I perform…Gig #84 and #85

    My first performance ever was probably during my college days. When I got a few friends together to play as a band in the Taylor’s Battle of the Bands competition. We didn’t even make it through the first stage, but we had tons of fun. And it was then I discovered my passion for performing.

    We did manage to secure a couple of gigs after the band competition experience, playing for a couple of schools and one college event. But man, getting on stage, rocking out, yelling till I had no voice – those were great times. But the best part was hearing the yells and applause from the audience. I don’t know what it is about being applauded which makes it feel great, but it does and I loved every bit of it.

  • Gig #83: Barlai again

    Nothing much to add except that I’m dusting off my guitar again and have another show lined up for tomorrow. I’ll be back at Barlai again, and there’s gonna be some familiar faces in the lineup so it should be a fun night! Anyway, hope to see you guys there. Come show your love! <3
