So this year marks the first time for a lot of things for me. Perhaps too many for my own good? Last month was the first time I had ever left the country to study, and it was also the first time I had been away from home for such a long time.
Now that I’ve returned, I’ve been treated with another first time: my very first time being admitted to a hospital. No idea what’s wrong with me right now, except that it’s supposed to be viral. It’s been awhile since the word viral has been used with such negative connotations.
But yeah, the first night’s over, and my second night has just begun. The room I’m in is populated by three other patients whom I know nothing about.except that they have really noisy relatives. Thank god visiting hours are over.
It’s been awhile since I’ve blogged from my phone, but I guess it’s better than just idling around, waiting for sleep to take me away. At this point in time I’m literally a meat bag. I just wake up, eat, sleep, and repeat the process all day long. Not a great feeling.
Hopefully I won’t be here too long. It would be nice to get out of here. I miss performing on stage. Will definitely need to play some shows once I’m recovered. Fingers crossed for a speedy recovery. Take care, everyone. Being sick sucks.
